Modern fat emulsion based on medium and long-chain triglycerides.
Energy supply including a rapidly utilizable lipid component (MCT); supply of essential fatty acids as part of complete parenteral nutrition when oral or enteral nutrition is impossible, insufficient, or contraindicated.
Lipofundin® MCT/LCT 20% is indicated in adults, preterm and term neonates, infants and toddlers, and children and adolescents.
