Biopharma, an immunobiological pharmaceutical company started its activity in 1896 as a bacteriological institute in Kyiv, Ukraine. By the year 1955, it was already manufacturing about 12 biological drugs which were also exported to countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
In the year 2009, the company was renamed “Biopharma” and less than a decade later a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility manufacturing plasma-derived medicines such as albumin and immunoglobulins was opened in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine.
Currently, Biopharma with around 600 employees who play an important role in its continuous growth, exports its products to around 20+ countries across the world.
